Aladdin was founded in 1996 by Jim (JIm Sr) Stephenson. Jim started working with computers for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in 1968 and is the winner of their Litchfield award for outstanding performance. His specialty, while at Goodyear was scheduling (wrote the main production scheduling program for the first project of its kind in the United States). The project was wildly successful. He then worked with payroll, banking and other financial systems. Early clients of the company were medical practices. He specialized in maximizing the collection of insurance payments and practice profit enhancement.
James B. (Jim Jr.) joined the company a few years later and is a true product of the PC era. He is extremely knowledgeable about Server 2003, Small Business Server, raid and other data formats. He has been the East Coast representative for ACI appraisal systems for years.
Experience has made us both adept at solving problems remotely and cleaning up the most difficult of Virus, Adware and Malware problems without resorting to re-installing the operating systerm.
